First of all, this hotel is situated in a quiet forest area, making it a perfect location for those who want to immerse themselves in the rainforest. The staff is super welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was more than good. The rooms have recently been restored and are of high quality, with comfortable beds and a high standard bathroom. Additionally, the hotel provides a basic amenity of rooms with a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the amazing view from our window. The breakfast served was also satisfactory, with a variety of breads, cakes, cheese, and meat to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel met our expectations, nothing to improve.

Nestled deep amongst the trees, we enjoyed being in the heart of nature - with fireflies illuminating our path at night. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby national park, with easy access to transportation. We appreciated the hot showers and comfortable beds, which provided much-needed respite after long hikes in the surrounding jungle.
The limited breakfast options, leaving us feeling unsatisfied.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety of food to choose from. the hotel's location was really convenient, just a short walk away from town and close to many tourist attractions. And let's not forget the amazing pool, which was just the perfect temperature to refresh yourself on a hot day!
I was really disappointed with the lack of communication from the hotel staff. No one told us about leaving our key at reception in order to get our room cleaned and serviced, which led to us coming back to a dirty room several times.
